My Story

After years of unexplainable symptoms, many doctors, no answers, and plenty of frustration, I ended up in the ER being told I had stage 4 ovarian cancer.  I had a total hysterectomy along with removal of my appendix, ascending colon, and tumors attached to my liver, diaphragm, kidneys, and throughout my abdominal cavity.

After surgery I was not given good odds of survival with chemotherapy, so I opted for alternatives.  It was working, and I was almost in remission until I began a trial of bioidentical hormones. Now for the past several months, my tumor markers have begun to climb back up. After careful consideration, I have decided to stay true to my beliefs that my body knows what to do to heal itself if I continue to give it what it needs.

I have decided to go to Mexico for more intense alternative treatment, and I plan to document all of it on this blog.
